Jet screed background in large cage and concrete, reinforced with mesh structure. Fixing of metal profiles as expansion joints and separation from other floors.

02 Simple seeding

Seeding operations. Drafting of the conglomerate consisting of cement, granulated fine marble and coloring oxides, sowing manual granulated larger, rolling cross until full settlement of the sown, removal of excess binder outcropping and smoothing trowel.

03 Seeding with wood mold

04 Grinding & Polishing

Polishing. After a suitable period of maturation and polishing with polishing machines, grouting with boiata cement and acrylic additive for sealing any surface peeling, sanding and polishing up with polishing powder made from oxalic acid. Final treatment with oily paste wax rubbed with steel wool pad.
